Snowflake Infrastructure & Streamlit Integration for OneMagnify

Leveraged Snowflake technology to integrate Oracle PHQ SLA claims data & Salesforce Case/Voice call data in one centralized "Snowgrid". Utilized Python's intuitive Streamlit tool to create real-time, private web-based dashboards for our client, OneMagnify.

Built charts and models that gained ability to monitor compliance with agreed upon SLAs between OneMagnify & their clients; also gained ability to monitor KPIs and react to increase in calls/claim volume to triage.

Developed a time-travel feature in Snowflake to accurately track and forecast call/document volume in order to improve & enhance PHQ processes, performance, and to optimize staffing levels.
